Workforce Management System known as the Johor State or JohorCareer is an initiative by the Johor State Government in collaboration with the Iskandar Regional Development Authority (IRDA). This system was developed to manage and monitor the data in relation to the supply and demand of human capital generally in Johor and the Iskandar Development Region Malaysia in particular.
This system aims to help job seekers in finding decent work and it also provides opportunities for those who want an increase in their careers. The system also provides information relating to the supply and demand of labor in Johor.
