NOTE TO APPLICANT
1. All applications MUST be accompanied with the following documents which have been COPIES CERTIFIED:
i. Identity Card / Passport
ii. SPM / MCE, HSC / STPM or equivalent
iii. Diploma, Masters, PhD (Scroll and Advanced Academic Transcript)
iv. A copy of the Certificate of Registration & Annual Practising Certificate (Malaysian Medical Council / Board of Nurse / Medical Assistant Board Malaysia) *

2. Only applications that are censored - the list will be called for interview. INTERVIEW-called application should bring the original documents to be submitted to the secretary of the interview.
3. Applicants who do not receive a response from the Department after three (3) months from the closing date should consider their application unsuccessful.
